Salford 2010
How could we improve?
- We would have benefitted from knowing in advance our days. I don't get enough notice of times and dates.
- No improvements needed.
- Drinks and snacks for the children.
- When Inscape shuts we will need to continue to have a local scheme.
- A letter finish would be helpful as we live some distance from the scheme.
- don't think it needs improving other than maybe have an alternative plan if the weather is horrible. We had time to spend with his brother and as a couple.
- Gave us more time with other children. Allowed freedom to have friends around.
- As a single parent I could spend a whole week having days out with my daughter in the sound knowledge that he was being well cared for. Such a fantastic difference.
- They got a few days off [from] him.
- A big difference. Would have been very expensive and hard to get suitable support in the holidays. I would have had to do most of it which would have been disruptive and tiring for our family. Gave me the opportunity to spend one to one time with his sister.
- She was occupied for part of the summer holiday giving the rest of the family the chance to do their own thing.
- My child is very demanding and emotionally exhausting for all in the family. Your scheme has given us much needed respite and a chance to give more attention to the other children. Socialising. It gave me quality time with the other children.
General Comments
- He always enjoys the scheme and is very happy to go. The staff are always friendly. A wonderful service. The staff have a sound knowledge of autism which gives me confidence to leave him in their very capable care.
- He loved it. He'd had enough after a week but said he would come again.
- The scheme is greatly appreciated by the whole family. We find it very difficult to get access to suitable activities for him to attend in the summer holidays and he really enjoys his time with you. Excellent service. friendly enthusiastic staff. thank you.
- He enjoys coming in the summer. He talks about it the week before he has even attended.. He looks forward to it. Thank you very much.
